Use colours and operating modes that follow the site’s signalling rules.
Consider viewing distance, background lighting and obstructions.
Fire, marine and hazardous-area applications need suitable approved variants.
Start with the event people need to recognise.
Use a steady or flashing visual mode supported by the selected beacon. Define the meaning of each colour consistently across the site.
Check visibility in the actual lighting conditions. Use a supported audible option where people may not be looking toward the beacon.
Select a dedicated model for fire alarm or hazardous-area duties. General-purpose LED100 and LEDA125 devices should not be assumed to meet those requirements.
These approvals relate to dedicated product ranges, not every Moflash beacon. The LED100 is a general signalling product; its IP65 rating does not establish fire-alarm or hazardous-area suitability.
IS-B beacons and related I.S. devices provide warning in specified hazardous areas using approved barriers.

Moflash ECO Range: LED100, LEDA100, LEDD100 And LEDS100
Moflash offers beacons, audible alarms and combined sounder-beacons. Separate ranges serve general signalling, fire alarm and hazardous-area applications.
Choose a colour and pattern that people can recognise for the intended event, following the site’s signalling rules. Check visibility in the expected lighting conditions.
No. Select a model with the approval and coverage required for that fire alarm installation. A general-purpose beacon is not automatically a fire alarm visual device.
Check supply voltage, AC or DC operation, running current and any starting current. The output or power supply must support the complete connected load.
Check the exact model’s enclosure rating, temperature range and mounting instructions. Use the specified cable entries and seals to maintain its protection.
Provide the full part number, voltage, lens colour and mounting arrangement. Include a nameplate photo and any required fire, marine or hazardous-area approval.
LED100 provides a visual signal. LEDA125 adds two piezo buzzers for an audible and visual indication. Compare the available operating modes, voltage and current for the exact variant.
No. An IP rating describes protection against dust and water. A hazardous location requires the appropriate explosion-protection certification and installation arrangement.
Tell us the voltage, colour, operating mode and where the device will be installed. Include a part number for replacement enquiries.
